The hallways were well-lit, making it easy for me to navigate, and the elevator was a great help for getting to my room on the upper floor. The staff also kindly offered assistance with my luggage, ensuring a hassle-free stay.

It would have been even better if the children working there were more attentive to the needs of senior guests.

The free breakfast was great and the pool table was convenient during the rainy days. The family's kids were around in the afternoon/evening and they were cute.

Sometimes there wasn't anyone at the reception. The lady and her husband were friendly, but the other guy working there not so much. The biggest draw-back was the fact that we didn't have hot water to shower, even though we should have. When it's cold outside and cold in the room, a hot shower would have been nice. The hotel is just a bit passed the street lights, but it's 5 minutes walking to the main strip (bring a flashlight if heading out after dark).

I had a fantastic time at a hotel in Sapa with friendly staff and great service. I arrived early in the morning and they let me check in ahead of schedule. The room was clean and comfortable, and I had a stunning view of the valley. The hotel also helped me organize a trekking tour with a knowledgeable English-speaking guide from the local community. In the evenings, I enjoyed playing pool for free with other guests. The food at the hotel was delicious as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I keep coming back for the friendly staff and homey atmosphere. The hotel even returned my forgotten shower bag. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, parking, a bar, restaurant, and a TV in my room. See you again for New Year!

I had a fantastic stay at Green Valley Hotel. the room was spacious with a beautiful view. the banana pancakes for breakfast were absolutely delicious. the bar and restaurant area were very comfortable, and I even enjoyed playing a game of pool. the location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the price was the best in town. I highly recommend staying here!

Amazing mountain and valley view from the room. Staff was friendly and warm, especially the manager who helped us send postcards. Having a spacious bathroom with a hot shower and clean towels every day was a bonus. We also appreciated the comfortable bed with heating pads, perfect for the cool mountain nights. The hotel's location was a bit away from the main tourist section, making it a peaceful and quiet place to stay.

Additionally, some areas of the hotel were dusty and there were stains on the bed sheets.
